The first major milestone
 

Time has flown and here we are, today's my first Canniversary :cake:

It's been a great first year and I'm loving life in Vancouver. I settled very easily, thanks largely to the AWESOME friends I have here - THANK YOU ALL, you know who you are (many of whom I met through BE :wub:), and to finding a job just 2 weeks after arriving.

January 20, 2009 - I stepped off the plane with 2 suitcases, hope and determination...

January 20, 2010 - Vancouver is home :)

we did the same 2 1/2 years ago - two suitcases and a determination to make it work.

Well done, glad to hear of something so nice on a miserable grey raining day in London UK. Just getting over a virus as well, so lovin the positiveness.
