Canniversary

September 13th 1980... 30 years today...

We left Heathrow with 10 suitcases and 3 kids.. It was my dream to come here since I was 9 years old..

OH was a mine deputy in UK. So when we saw the mine here was looking for UK miners, we applied and it took just 18 months to get here.

Still living in same beautiful little town in the Rocky mountains.. Lots of ups and downs. Now we are older, 65 and 67, we find we can't cope very well with the cold winters..:(

Is wintering down south, or on the west coast an option?
