48 years today

I landed in Montreal on March 4, 1969. How different things were then. No internet, no BE forum and phone calls were prohibitively expensive. I had no idea what I was getting into but it seemed like a good idea at the time. I have no regrets. Canada has been good to me. Good luck to everyone beginning the journey.

Things were much different then. The whole process took only ten weeks from start to finish and there was much less paperwork !
