In the sense of being legally resident, yes. In terms of actual days I'm not sure, I spent great chunks of the 80s and 90s outside Canada so I've probably still slept more nights in the UK than anywhere else. It's true that I've been gone long enough not to belong there any more than I do here.

The OH has been commuting past Newmarket, she brings jerk chicken and curried goat from there so we get the flavour of a warm place even if we're living in the tundra.

Congratulations on your 23rd year in. If Ontario is still not feeling like home, maybe a move east should be on the cards.Rural NS,or somesuch.
