short and sweet update - many congrats!!! I havent been to the Rock now for a couple of years and really miss the lunchtime sandwiches at Mannas...

Thanks for the welcome. It's been quite an introduction given that I'm normally here in the Summer! The cold weather immersion is working, just returned from a fat bike in the snow along the T'railway, beautiful afternoon out.
