hi has anyone had same problem? we went out on a work permit july 2007 filed a tax return in Feb work till may 08 and come home.

in the mean time did not hear about our 2200 rebate as H and R block said we would get,(they also used my T4 for the figures.) so called they then said my file has been pulled to check it.

called last week and said when is the cheque going to come, they said what cheque you now owe us 6600 dollars, to which i said why, and was told they reset the figure to zero , and there is some 90% rule?? the guy was not very clear.

i was paying loads in tax any way, they reset child care to zero then i should owe zero?

very stressful times at mo, any advise??

Presumably you have a contact number for H&R Block, you need to be talking to them.

I understood they guarantee their work?
