Hello, good to be back. It is coming up for 13 years in November so I thought about starting the blog back up to let everyone know.

FYI Vitamin D is the answer to why I'm indestructible Seriously look up the research.

Be back soon to make more contributions

I remembered you'd posted something about Vit D when I read this report today.

Vitamin D supplements do nothing for bone health and the government should ditch its advice that everyone should take them throughout the winter months, according to the authors of the biggest review of the evidence ever carried out.

Vit D 1000 iu/day for depression as well as general health; when my bloodwork showed a deficiency years ago the doctor phoned and told me to add it to my daily meds. She also tells me I shouldn't have more than 5 drinks a week, (which is absolute quackery), but I can't fault the vitamin D.
