Work from home jobs
Am a stay at home mum, and have stayed home for the past 9 years. During this time I completed my bachelors degree and an MBA (online). Now I need to do something while I still stay home with my kids. Any tips and ideas will be appreciated

Re: Work from home jobs
Hi there. I was a stay at home mum for about 4 and a half years before deciding it was time to do something again but still wanted to be around for my kids. Couldn't find any suitable work from home jobs so ended up driving a school bus which I really enjoy. I get to take my kids to and from school and am always off when they are off (PL days and holidays). I may not earn the amount I used to in my last job but at least I don't have to worry about child care and I'm always around for my kids.

Sounds nice. Two of my kids are in a pivate school and parents have to drop and pick their kids. I also have a 2 yr old who will start pre-school in sept so my choices I guess are limited for now.

Re: Work from home jobs
My youngest is in Kindergarten this year. He was previously in a local pre-school so he used to ride the bus with me (we are allowed up to two pre-schoolers to ride with us) and then I'd drop him at pre-school afterwards. Some drivers have very young babies ride with them - buses are equipped with seat belts on the front row of seats to allow infant car seats to be fitted.
I hope you find something suitable.
Regards.

Apparently there is a fair amount of money to be made offering "massage therapy"...

You could always have a quick run round with the Hoover, or maybe bake a nice cake?

I think you're all being very nasty.
The OP is looking for advice and all you lot can do is make smart remarks.
Tut. Now this is how to be helpful...
To the OP, why the heck are you still a stay at home mum after nine years.
You need your head examined.

I dont need my head examined. To stay home is a personal choice and family circumstance. I dont regret my choices so far . My OH travels alot so we decided I stay home for now. My youngest is 2 and I dont want to use day care.
