Work Experience points
 

Hi,

I send my PR application to buffalo on April 12 th and it reached buffalo on 15th April.

My question is at the time I sent my application I have around 3 years 10 months of experience. Till now I haven't received my AOR. If they do my Initial assement I will complete my 4 years of work experience.

Now when they do my initial assement will they award me the points for work experience for 4 years or for less than 4 years because It makes a lot of difference for the success of my application.

I already replied to the same question from you earlier.

And the answer is still the same. For the purpose of initial assessment of points,
what counts is where you stood on the day the application was filed.
