I have worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in two companies in 1994/1995 in India. But they did not give
me relieving letter.
The second company gave a joining letter but no appointment
letter.
The first company did not give either.
I work as a software professional now for past 5 yrs.The exp which I had in those companies was Electrical Engg Maintenance, which has nothing to do with my software development experience.
I have applied under skilled worker category for software programmer.
I dont know what documents will I need to submit for showing my 1994-95 work exp.

If you can't provide reference letters from some employers then write explanation
letter and include all other evidence of employment (payroll stubs, reference letters
from co-workers, etc.) even if work experience there was irrelevant to what is your
intended occupation.
