I can't give you much information about Windsor.
We live out in the county and only go there when we have to, because neither the wife or I are fans of the city.
It seems at least as safe as most comparable sized cities.
I moved here, like so many, after retirement so I'm not up on the job market.

It is a place on the earth where human beings have congregated together - to 'live'.

It has all the people problems that anywhere else on the earth has
