For the peeps moving to Windsor soon, thought you'd be interested

Wow! In NS at least, lots of small towns are now covered and a fair number of rural roads as well.

The one benefit of Google Street View is that it makes places like Windsor look positively glamorous in comparison to areas just a few minutes drive away.

compared to:

Kelowna is there too. Just spent ages trawling the streets, what fun.

Yeah looks really nice on street view too - Not as nice as Pointe West Amherstburg(my preferred location) but I'm not sure if anything will become available over there...

BTW - shipping we had quotes from GB liners, Doree Bonner & Robinsons. GB liners came in at 5.2k Doree Bonner 4.8k and Robinsons 4.5K..

We liked GB liners and Doree Bonner but the reviews for GB liners were the best so we decided to email GB's the other quotes to see if they could match our lowest which he did:thumbsup: even got them to remove the credit card surcharge:thumbup:

So we will be using GB liners:)

We only shipped boxes of stuff and disposed of the rest in the UK, so probably not much help. We used SevenSeas for this - they were somewhat un-orthodox, but the stuff got here in the end with only some minor breakages, so can't complain.

Hi
Pointe West is lovely, we do have friends living in Ironwood........but it is not nice in the snow...on the edge of remoteness I think, depending on where you want to work. Thanks for the info re shippers. I am looking at a 40' container so the prices currently being bandied about are between 6 - 7.5k
I will look at GBLiners Thanks
lol

40ft container Blimey!! Thats a lot of stuff... mine is all going in a 20ft with room to spare although I am leaving some things due to renting out my property...

My wife fell in love with a property on Ironwood funnily enough I really liked a house in Fescue. They look even better from what I remember looking at them on streetview:)
