I'm not sure it's altogether a good idea, but it might invigorate the Windsor economy and inflate house prices a bit.

They estimate 13 years to get to Windsor which knowing the way government works it would end up being a minimum of 20 years if at all.

Years ago, I knew people who lived between London and Chatham and their neighbour commuted daily to Toronto airport area and he stayed in the London/Chatham area as he had family there and liked the open setting. Needless to say he spent 2 + hours at least each way driving to work and in all sorts of weather. I think he left work at about 4:30 am and was back home by about 7:30 or so, just in time to have dinner and go to sleep to start all over again. It takes all sorts.
