Where to send Canada Tax Return from the UK?
 

Hi all

Sorry its been a while. A hectic (and not great) year is my only excuse

We are back in the UK now (boooooo), we were in BC in 2014 until 27th June (178 days). According to the Leaving Canada guide (HERE) we need to complete BC tax packages as that is where we resided until we left. I had thought it needed to be Non-resident federal packages - but there you go!

However I'm stuck on where to send them to. The link from the website says that Residents send to the provinces and non-residents send to Ottawa (Where to mail your paper T1 return). However, as we will be completing a BC tax return - wouldn't we send them to the provincial address?

Sorry, just really confused on this one.

I found the address, I just wanted to make sure I was right in sending it to Ottawa and not BC!
