Yes my husband says. It's even better exercise! He just said it's not the Tour de France you can go at your own pace. And if you have a nice bike it's a pleasure to ride.

Was looking at grouse mountain area, lynn creek or deep cove. Would these locations be close enough to bike downtown (within day 30 mins)? I live in Lower Lonsdale (1st and Chesterfield) and cycle to Renfrew skytrain daily.takes about 40 mins via iron workers memorial bridge. I would not want to be at top of hill near grouse or Lynn canyon that’s some serious uphill climbing. You can take bike on seabus which helps.
