where are we going to live?
when me and my family were emmigrating to canada in 2001, one of our biggest concerns was "where are we going to live" we can`t stay in a hotel forever, "do we rent or purchase, how much deposit will we need, can we get a mortgage, where are the suitable schools for our 2 young boys, transportation"????? just a few of the questions that we all have when moving to a new country.
we should of used the help of a realtor(real estate agent), one who was knowledgeable about the area we wished to live in, one that could help us make the right choice on the many different types of housing.etc etc we took pot luck, we had no-one to refer us to a realtor who was knowledgeable about our town; outcome, we bought in an area that wasn`t suitable for our children; we have since moved to a different neighbourhood and are now very happy. i myself have become a realtor with royal lepage, living(oakville) and working in the greater toronto area; i now have access to a network of established and reputable royal lepage agents(over 9500) across canada, many whom have years of relocation experience; i would be confident in recommending a suitable realtor to those who need help with property/neighbourhood information on the town which they are moving to. please email [email protected] a realtor to assist your family. regards dean |
