I'm British, my fiance is Canadian. We are marrying on Dec 29th 01, then I go back to England on Jan 10th. Although we really hate that we face more time apart, I have to/want to stay in my job in England until the end of March. So I want to go back to England for a couple of months, then come back to Canada in March and immediately apply for PR from within Canada. From experience does anyone think I will have trouble entering Canada? I will be a visitor but will be planning on applying for PR immediately after I enter. As from the UK the application procedure is currently 18 - 24 months, we figure this route would be faster then me applying from England.
Any thoughts???
Thanks so much!!!
Sophie :-)
