hey ther can anone tell me the process start to finish if i went over on a years work permit initially, to finally getting PR, i undersatnd people have went over and then obtained job offers while on this years work permit iam a 26 year old single male who has spent several years in the british parachute regiment and i am currently working installing fire sprinkler systems. appreciate any replys cheers

You need a job offer first, in order to get a WP.
