Well because we do not want to buy a house that may take yers to sell if we make the wrong choice and we dont want to pay more than we can afford in deposit for a cheaper house............we will likely rent for 6-12 months on arrival. Of course, I am prone to saying these things and doing the total opposite. But Lynn, I will be getting in touch with a broker and checking out what they say too, incase there is a way!!!
