The people. The people in Canada are lovely and polite and welcoming at least imo they are.:)

its warm in the summer, rain free generally speaking with nice blue skies.
lots of free family events to attend, and others at reasonable cost.
clean and well maintained parks and public facilities.
low crime, well where i live anyway.
low anti social behaviour, see above.
good standard of living available at reasonable cost.
i can drive a huge car at low cost.
winter sports
'feel' safer, whether i am or not. this allows my child more freedom.
big affordable houses.
clear roads, lack of traffic and jams.
