I have used all of the makes, almost, staying away from any Apple products on the basis that I am not a sheep.

Then I got the IPhone 4S last year. And it's the best one I've owned. So? i was wrong and i am glad I caved in now.

What's the tipping point of number of users whereby the users become sheep after a certain number of users is attained ?

I was actually going to say that the network is more important than the phone!!!!
We have tried Rogers and Telus and not happy. The feedback is that Bell is s h 1 t e so not much choice left... thinking Virgin as I've heard good things...

Re: What phone

The network is the most important thing with your cell phone. And it will change depending on the area you live in. You could have the most fancy cell phone and not be able to use it to its best, or at all. Do your homework first, speak to all the different companies.

Yup I didn't have a proper one til last November (ish)(had a pay and go but it never had credit so I never took it anywhere) it was quite liberating people not being able to call you whenever the effing hell they liked and expect you to answer.

Only caved as Mr D was panicking about driving in Alberta in the winter / accidents blah blah blah.

I got his old Blackberry - um Torch is it???? Whatever it is it's shite.

I dont own a cell phone. Im either at home or work so if you need me then phone them. If Im not at home then the answering machine kicks in.
If no message was left then the call wasn't that ****ing important was it.
Unfortunately the OH is trying out the new Blackberry Z10 without the keyboard.

hahaha you just reminded me of our old voicemail homephone message

"Hi you've reached Darcy and Amanda, if you think it's important leave a message, if we think it's important, we'll call you back"

Yes. I wouldn't have my iPhone if my wife didn't want me to have this 'electronic dog collar'.
