What happens to Canadian pension if I move back to UK?

Hi All,
I am in my early 30s and recently moved in Canada. I start work next week in one of the universities.
I will automatically be enrolled in my workplace pension scheme and would ideally like to be putting a decent chunk of my salary in to it.
However, I am not planning on staying in Canada long-term - perhaps for five years, maybe ten at the most. My plan is to move back to the UK in my early 40s and eventually retire there.
So how does this affect my pension? Can I move a pension pot to the UK? Will I lose out financially by doing this?
Any advice welcome!
