Good community feel. Good schools. Local services and shops (Doctors, dentists, vet, Sobeys etc). Easily accessible to Halifax, Dartmouth, Airport.
Quite a few expats have settled in this area ( including us) - slight differences in styles of houses, community feel in the different areas of Fall River/Waverley/Fletchers Lake/Wellington/Miller Lake.

Any other questions feel free to PM me.

Deborah

Hi Deborah, we are AOR Jan 05 so we are probablly a way off yet, mores the pity. Still, 19 months has flown by. Jobs wise, i'm an aircraft engineer by trade. Unfortunately none of my qualifications are recognised and i've been doing it for 23 years so I may be inadvertantly planning a new career. I really dont mind as i'm probablly in need of a change anyway. My good lady has her own book-keping/payroll company so she may be able to transfer her skills. Main concern is a 13 year old daughter Charlotte who may need more convincing than we do that Canada is the place to be. :)
