Hi
I am a software Professional having work exp in UK(4 months) and US(9 months). Total experience is 5 years.
I submitted my application at Buffalo in AUgust 2001 and got my AOR in Nov 2001,I returned to India in Nov 2001,as I was laid off. I have the same US contact address for
correspondence with the consulate at Buffalo,so there was no need to inform the consulate abt the change in my address.

What are the chances of me getting a waiver?

My points were 73 .
Thanks very much

It is difficult to estimate your likelihood of an interview waiver without all the
details of the case available. It is safe to say, however, that you relocation back
to India should not have a negative impact on your eligibility for such a waiver.
