Waiting to hear abt interview LA/Buffalo
 

Hi..
I am new to this forum. The sutff posted here is really very informative & helps in better understanding of the whole process.
I am giving below my time line...Can any one tell me when I am likely to get my Interview Letter / or waiver

Time line:

Applied : 28th May 2002 from VHV, Buffalo
Recd File # : October 2002
IELTS results submitted in Jan 2003 (7.5 pts)
Medical Papers Recd : October 2003
File transferred to CHC, Los Angeles : 26th November 2003

My Lawyer has asked me to wait till I hear regarding the Interview & only then proceed with my medicals. When will I hear abt the interview. Am I likely to get Interview Waiver..?

The e-client On Line Status was till last month displaying "In Progress", but since last 1 week getting message "Error in details". Has the info been deleted from e-client data base, now since the file is transferred from Buffalo to LA...?

Pl. help.

In my experience you normally hear within 6 months of doing your medical as to whethe they want you for an interview or not - if not thy usually send the immigration visa straight away.
