Hmmm also kids are staying at home longer similar to the UK so there is less demand from young people for higher wages.

25 Years ago the majority of young men 25 - 29 would have probably been married and have a family so their mind would have been focused on financially providing for them.

Another good reason for being over 29 :thumbsup: (and your car insurance is cheaper too)

This means they are less inclined to be motivated to buy the big house and domestic crap associated with the consumer lifestyle "death trap".

Motivating Gen-Y is a tough challenge. Good luck to those that try. Not as tough as motivating cynical, ageing, Gen-X'ers though. ;)

Oh Yeah, I'm X rated and I want, I want, I want, gimme more bigger, faster, more debt please :D

Trouble with Gen-Y is they are living on Gen-X retirement funds and are waiting for Gen-X to peg it so they can inherit Gen-X's hard won goodies.
