I think you misquoted me, you cut the piece off where I said "makes it easier", I did go on to say I was not sure if the rule was in place yet.

Yes, that's good information. It would be very misleading to tell someone that vehicles are actually driven at 100kph.

What people drink or smoke at my house parties is up to them. Unless they are minors in my care I am not their keeper.
