Visa stamping
Dear Mr. Miller/experts,
can you throw some light on sending passports to chc for visa stamping? |
Re: Visa stamping
What exactly are you asking for?
Under new law PR visa must be affixed into the passport by issuing office, so your passport must end up somehow there. What's more to it? -- ../.. Re: Visa stamping
Andrew,
Do you know how much time it might take? Mine has already taken 10 days. Thanks H. Re: Visa stamping
It is hard to even speculate as there is no historical data established yet - the
procedure is just implemented. -- ../.. Re: Visa stamping
Yeah, it appears that our case would be written in the would produce historical data
for others and would be treated as "history". On one side after 9/11 it is necessary for working visa professionals to keep the identity with them and on other side Consulate has this lag time to send the passport. I could not understand what exactly they would like to do with my passport that would take more than two weeks.
