Visa with Job offer

Hi I havn't been on for a while as had a serious set back in moving, got offered job last December with current company,accepted and got start date end of March, only to find out that central HR would not back local ops Manager who offered me the job ie no assistance in moving or with work permit and they would not entertain HRDC route, ops manager has told me that there is another position coming up soon.
Is there anyway I can get visa without company going through HRDC route, I hopefully will have job offer letter as I had with last job offer.looking for any entry door, back or front as have probally 2 year wait PR route

If you are under 35 years of age you can apply for a 1 year bunac visa. I have heard that they have ran out of them for this year but you could always apply for one next year.
