It'd be nice if they showed the timeframe that graph was actually showing. In Surrey they've been visibly clamping down on the crime in the city centre. I feel perfectly safe walking home from the Skytrain in the early hours of the morning.
EDIT: Ah it's 2009 data. Well I personally think things are improving, they pretty much had to for the Olympics.
