How exactly does the spousal sponsorship work? Does my spouse apply from the US then come to CAN and marry within 90 days? I've read other websites and the more I read the more confused I get. What would be the quickest way of applying? And once we have filed any paperwork is it possible for him to visit back home or must he stay here in Canada? Also when it is approved does he achieve Canadian Citizenship? I apologize if these questions have been asked in earlier posts. I basically need the whole process explained to me in simple english.
