Urgent: Incomplete Name in the Landing Papers

Hi

I got my Canadian Visa and the landing Papers, the other day.

The problem here is, my name is pretty lengthy.

My name got properly reflected in Visa which was stamped on the Passport. (Surname + Given Name).

Unfortunately the same did not take place in the Landing Papers.

The Surname is properly given, but my given name was not totally given. Last part of it is omitted. All other information is perfectly reflected.

I am in a dilemma as to what my next course of actions is. Will this create any problem at the port of landing with the Immigration Officer? I hardly have a Months validity of my papers.

Please let me know.

Thanks in advance.

I think what's happened in your case is that the name has too many characters to fit on their form. I had the same problem with my place of birth it contained too many characters so they omitted the last few letters, this was explained to me by the immigration officer in Etobicoke.
