And I'm still waiting for the reason why torrent users should be charged, but your own style of thieving should not be?

Many websites/companies/organisations use bittorrent to distribute their files. I don't see why torrent users should be charged for using this technology.

Charged with what? As mentioned already, downloading aint illegal in Canada. When you can provide something that says otherwise, feel free to do so.

Posting links to obscure websites that hint some laws might be passed here in the future doesnt change a thing.
