Yes - mine too (assuming you are using consult-here). Have emailed them - if they don't sort it out I'll be finding another vpn provider pretty sharpish.

They just got back to me telling me nothing was wrong and it must be a problem at my end. It does appear to be working now as well - but I have a suspicion they might have done something at their end. If it's working now for beilbs and lorna it will confirm it.

I'll bet they did. It's what they told me to do with my modem. I actually did nothing and it burst into life sometime within the 30 mins before sending me that mail (it wasn't working an hour ago)

I use them too. I pay $25/qtr and consider it to be good value.

What exactly do you use it the VPN for? Accessing things like iPlayer and other content that checks your IP address' geographic location?

If it's for TV shows then any reason for not using a torrent site, eg; thebox.bz? which seems to be rather well updated with UK shows

I cant be faffed with the torrent thingies - I looked into it and thought it was easier for me and kids just to use the vpn - yup - just use it for watching iplayer etc

Ditto. iplayer has a nice interface (though mac remote support would be nice); I don't need to manage the data files; and I don't need to keep share ratios up.

VPN is better than torrents, you can watch anything in a user friendly way just as if you were in the UK via iPlayer, ITV Player, 4OD etc - it's awesome! I pay 5 Euros a month and have cancelled my cable TV, bargain :-)
