Default types of work

what jobs/field of work do you do in canada and what did you do in the UK, or the other way round depending on which side of the pond you are on!

Canada None. I don't take jobs from Canadians. I employ them silly.

UK. I was highly skilled waiter. You can make a small fortune in London England.

In Canada you are effectively unskilled worker. once you arrive and can't find work in your field within 6 months.
