I was just wondering does your sister have residency/visa/work permit or anything. Or is she just visiting as a toursit?

She has residency. She applied 4 years ago when we moved here, but her girls have now grown up and started lives in England but she still doesnt want to lose the chance to retire here when she finishes work.
