Traveling with dogs in Covid?

Traveling with dogs in Covid?
How does the situation of traveling with dogs looks like for now? Apart from obvious usual requirements how does it work with hotels and quarantine?
Do dogs stay in kennell facilities whilst owners go through few days in designated hotels and then can be collected and go to stay in quarantine with owners? Or do they have to stay in kennells all this time? or maybe designated hotels are animal friendly? But even then then how taking them to the toilet looks like?
Has anybody travelled with dogs recently?

Going outside
Travellers who don't have symptoms can go outside for limited and monitored outdoor time. Check with the hotel for the location and schedule.During your outdoor time, you're required to wear a non-medical mask and maintain a 2-metre distance from others.
Pets
If you have a pet, make arrangements to book your mandatory stopover in a hotel that allows pets.Depending on the size of the dog, it may be useful to start training it to use puppy pee pads (disposable) and take some with you - perhaps designate an area in the bath/bathroom/shower for it to go in, in an emergency.
