Based on your experiences, how long does it take on average ?
It's been five weeks and nothing.

How did you apply, in person or online? I ask because with most thing of this nature in Ontario, walk-ins are always best, and speed up the process, which also gives you the chance to talk to a human to explain the urgency

I got an email within a few days, telling me it would be ready to pick up within about a week. Very quick.
Oh, this was all online. No need to do in person or talk to anyone.
