Default Time lines in Berlin

Hello.

I submitted my application on Febraury 5th 2002. I was wondering if someone could tell me the current time line to AOR and Interview at the Berlin processing centre.

Also, with regard to the application. I read that someone who "lives" in the USA wondered if she should apply there since she does not consider herself a permanent resident.

What is the definition of a permanent resident? I have applied to Berlin because I live in Holland and have done for over a year now, I have no plans to leave Holland in the near future hence I considered myself a permanent resident here.

However I'm not Dutch, I'm British, and I will continue to carry a british passport for the whole time I spend in Holland.....European Union rules allow me to live permanently in any EU member state without the need to secure a residence permit, so I as yet have no documentation relating to my residence here (i'm like a permanent tourist).

Should I have applied to London or Berlin? Can I now move my application to London if indeed I was wrong to post it to Berlin?

regards,

Levu.
