we moved to Surrey, BC in May 2012. Currently trying to get my fiances no claims accepted, but getting previous insurance companies in the U.K to write exactly what ICBC (the ONLY insurer here) to accept is proving difficult. We have a 3.7L Jeep Liberty he pays (as a new driver atm) $1800 per year.
White Rock is a really nice area , if you don't plan on living in White Rock research any area first as like anywhere there are some places to avoid here :)
