(Who knows how education will work from 2008 when we no longer have Local Education Authorities over here).
Best of luck - and i may be flipping burgers on the trolly competing with you for pavement space - if that fails I too will beat my head with a tray (my choice is a plastic one as it hurts less) and get my dog to do tricks. Sitting to command would be a good trick for a Jack russell.

Let's go into partnership. We could set ourselves up as the Exquisically Educated Burger Bar!
I've seen quite a few adverts in the Toronto area for College Instructors which is really what I want to do - work with adult learning and virtual environments. More a hands-on vocational kinda guy as my background is in hardware field engineering. I was white van man
Oh, and I use the 'engineer' term with trepidation as Canadians seem to be very precious about that one - see Glaswegian for more info

What do you mean???? I can cook and nothing wrong with it - its just that a lot of peoples taste buds have not evolved enough to appreciate my cooking.
Besides I don't care if people like my burgers as long as they buy them. If they dont like them they can always feed them to my dog while I teach it tricks and save me a packet on pet food. With a bit of look the Canadian health authority will then give me another job due to the fact thet peoples taste buds arnt evolved enough and neither are thier stomachs.
BTW my cooking is a lot better than my singing.
