Default Thanks Team Expats

Well we are off in the early hours tomorrow from Aberdeen to Edmonton and I thought I would just say a HUGE THANKS to all people who have advised us, laughed with us, told us off, got us some great contact and made the whole journey from beginning to end a lot easier than if we had gone it alone. The house is still to be let (oh well), all cars sold, house cleaned many times (oh well), cats all jabbed up and passported, children well so far, us aged a few years in the past 24 hrs.

We will be checking the site and our emails and of course will let people know how we get on, the first day forget it as we are up at 4am tomorrow and land at Edmonton late pm so will be pretty tired. We have made some great contacts already in Edmonton and surrounding areas and hope to keep in touch however, we dreamed this trip years ago and now its here. BRING IT ON!!

Safe trip and happy landing!

Give us a shout once you arrive if you need help. I know we were knackered when we landed but still had to drive round to find cat litter and cat food and bits and bobs for the house etc.

There are so many BE members heading for Edmonton at the moment we should perhaps set up some kind of welcome group
