T1135, unit trusts held in ISA

So I'm doing my tax return and I need to complete the detailed version of the T1135. I have a stocks and shares ISA with several UK unit trusts and a small amount of cash in it.
I'm not sure what exactly to state, and in which section of the T1135 to state it. Would it be section 4 "interests in nonresident trusts"? And do I need to state every one of the unit trusts that I hold? Can I deduct platform fees from any dividend income?

thanks.
