Supports to Updated Settlement Fund

Good day!

We have received already the notice to proceed our medical exams which we did last month. The other day, another notice we received from the Visa Officer advising us to submit the updated settlement fund statement with necessary supports and authority to contact our banks where we maintained our accounts.

Good that my brother is willing to buy our house and lot. The problem of additional and readily transferrable funds is now settled.

My questions is - What will be the necessary supports related to the disposal of our house aside from the bank statements and bank certificates?

Btw, the payment we received from the sale of our house is only partial
but good enough to cover the settlement requirement.
