Spring Forward

Just a quick reminder that clocks go forward one hour this weekend for the extended North American day light saving

Re: Spring Forward

I'm delighted - is it one or two weeks ahead of the UK?

That was always my 'phew' moment in the UK, and to look ahead to my garden, among other things. I can honestly say I haven't really had any 'SAD' moments this winter - but I have had to discount March and April here in Alberta in the gardening calendar ;)

Yeah two weeks before the UK Ann, and they go back two weeks after the UK.

It must be spring there was herd of a couple of dozen or so white tailed deer through our woods this afternoon.

We don't change the clocks at all, we change time zones. Bloody confusing at times.

Yep, spring is definately on the way, hound was chowing down on a couple of half dead gophers earlier. Nothing like watching a gopher trying to run away with half its body missing.

I knew about Fort St. John, Charlie Lake, Taylor and Dawson Creek all in northeastern BC, but I had no idea Creston didn't observe it either.

Neither does SK, we will be on mountain time then as of tomorrow and I agree with Inse it can be confusing. Especially when friends who live an hour away do change.
