spouse immigration- can someone pls reply
Hi,
can someone tell me if u have applied to sponsor ur spouse under the pilot project....and how long after the ROLF is paid do u get ur visa? and is the visa mailed to the sponsor or does the applicant have to send their passport?
If the passport has to be sent how long does it take to get it back???????

Spousal visas usually take about 6 months (CICs target) so unless an interview is
required, or there is a problem with the security/background check, you should
receive the authorization about 2 months after the ROLF.
The passport has to be mailed to the processing office and is returned to the
Immigrant. From previous messages, it appears to take about 4 weeks.
