Spinning

A bit of a strange question but does any one know if spinning classes are available in Canada, BC Kamloops area. I have recently become a bit of an addict.

Thanks guys. Casey

Its exercise on a bike with music, about 45 minutes but the best work out you could have. Pretty hardcore though first time I did it I actually thought I was going to be sick and pass out.

Spinning, as in riding a stationary bicycle, classes are offered in Guelph. Not that it's convenient.

Yes - several of my neighbours and work colleagues attend them here. There are several to choose from.

The problem is when you stop. Not only is it hard to start it again, the weight comes back even more than before. Happened to a mate of mine's ex-wife.

My first thought when I saw the title was...

WOW, there is another person who spins wool....

Then I realised it was about exercise and got all disappointed.

The problem I have is why one would need a club to engage in this pointless activity?

Perhaps as one sheds the pounds (or in the local context, dollars) one looks around for a new spouse?
