Angela I am so sorry for your loss. We can all say that we have lost someone we love, I lost my Mum in January, but she was 83. To lose someone at your age is inconceivable. Words wont make this right for you. Nothing we say will help, the love we send you is from our hearts. You are a young woman who has had the love of her life taken from her along with your hopes and dreams. Nothing can compensate for that.

Take care, be good to your self. Contact me any time either on here or face book even if it is just to moan or sound off. I cant make it right, but I can listen.

Just catching up .... my heart is aching for you.

Rete is right though. You don't ever "get over" someone you love being taken from you, but gradually you find yourself able to respond to and enjoy life again.
To begin with it seems inconceivable that life will go on ... wrong even ... but eventually you accept that it can, and it does.

Take one day at a time, and know that lots of people care about you.

I can't do anything but echo what others have said, especially Rete. You do learn to accept and to live with what has happened, and eventually to move one, although I don't think you ever "get over" losing someone so close.
Make time for yourself and look after yourself, and remember he will always be with you in your heart.
