Sold house - time to get outta here!

We landed last October and returned so our eldest could finish her gcse and have her prom and also to sell our house..........put house on the market just before Easter and things have been fairly slow.

Someone viewed today and we have agreed a price - so now the frustration and worry until exchange of contracts. First time buyers with offer of mortgage in place so hopefully all being well, we will be able to go ahead with our planned August departure!

So much to do now, but so excited!

Caleo!!! Well done - and snap! We have just accepted a quite ridiculous offer for our house (before the square root of the Euro is zero!). When are you going back? We are heading for NB at the end of July....I'd be sick with excitement, but mostly I'm just sick of packing boxes. I have looked for you so often on here...now all we need is Cowgirl to pitch up and we have the whole set of us! Lots of very best wishes.
