She was virtually worthless after that gorgefest.

I've noticed that a lot of women and men in Canada have elasticized waistbands in their slacks. Given the amount of food that seems to be on offer, I suspect that pragmatism rather than fashion is the order of the day here. Although, that said, it might be a big leap to go from a plate to a bucket, but its not so far to go from a bucket to a trough.

@ Ault Yin : let me be the first one then.. I was pondering between ignoring such insult and blaming it on this man brain emptiness and going for the bite..well.. I do have a minute:

@ Wake n Bake: maybe it is because "all women" aren't such pigs than guys and do care a little how they look like? Also don't know if you ever notice (or if you live a sheltered life), but lot of women do earn a living and not only that, we do grocery shopping as well, but guess we are just not that greedy after all?

LOL and only guys seem to be able to relate everything (or buffets) to sex

Manitobain! I just looked at this thread after a really relaxed great weekend -it then struck me that that the week ahead might be not such a cheery place, and then I read your response. You summed it up, got it in one - many thanks from me and every hard working, supportive woman out there!
